NSW Government 491 will start mid January 2020. NSW Central Statement Government will be responsible for all applications, no more RDA involvement, onshore applicant either 1 year related work and residence in Regional NSW or 2 years study in Regional NSW. Offshore applicant require 5 years experience or 1 year full time job offer.
